for those interested in it

mainly for the awesome Schumacher's overtake of Alonso

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8685542.stm

seems the stewards dont like it, even with the blatant green flags, messages of the safety car coming in and of messages saying 'clear road'

either the random rule needs removing or sorting out, hope they win the appeal Alonso is an arse

It seemed legit, seeing as the safety car had gone in and overtaking was then allowed.

haha eye brow man shouldn't have been sleeping

mercedes make a good case, if the fia tell them the track is clear then they can race

the safety car comes into the pits, and they are allowed to overtake after they have crossed the 1st white line. schumacher waited until that line, it is obvious from the replay that he had barely pulled alongside alonso before crossing that line, and since all the other drivers were racing, clearly everyone thought that overtaking to the line was allowed.

having said that, schumacher always did ride in that fuzzy grey area when it came to rules, though he will always protest to not breaking any of them he didn't get the nickname schumacheater for nothing
never thought i'd be defending the guy, but i honestly believe he was right to do what he did and good on him for it

but with damon hill on the stewards panel i knew as soon as i saw it that he would push for a penalty..if you're gonna use ex-drivers to advise on the panel, choose ones without grudges...

Poor Schumacher, I feel sorry for him.

I just hope that Ross Brown will improve the car somehow, because it is clearly not competitive enough to attack the first three positions.

GO SCHUMACHER!

I think Red Bull are just too fast for anyone at the moment, look at Webber yesterday, each time the safety car went back in, he managed to get a good lead again. Mclaren have little chance of doing anything to Red Bull, so chances are that Mercedes GP won't get near them. I really want Button to win again, just to show Hamilton who's boss!
