In order for for Ubi to get past their own copy protection for the Direct2Drive release of Rainbow Six Vegas 2, a version cracked by a piracy group may have been distributed.

They're a piracy group. I won't say any more about them, but yes, they're bad guys for the PC gaming industry. They put their name in there as a type of signature.

This is about Ubisoft using their cracked version of the game and distributing it.
